Our story is one of passion and innovation to simplify time tracking for businesses everywhere.
Our journey has been marked by several significant milestones:

In 2019, we were honored to be nominated as the Best Management Solution by the European SharePoint Office 365 & Azure Community, a recognition that validated our early efforts and spurred us on.

By 2021, we had launched our flagship Klynke Time Management solution on Microsoft AppSource, further embedding ourselves within the Microsoft ecosystem and making it easier for businesses to integrate our tool into their existing workflows.

The culmination of our hard work came in 2023 when, after a rigorous entry process, we achieved Co-sell ready status with Microsoft, allowing us to reach even more businesses around the globe.

As the founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Klynke, I lead our team in driving technological innovation and product development. My engineering and software background has shaped my approach, with a focus on full stack development, especially within Microsoft technologies. With extensive experience in backend and frontend technologies, I manage IT infrastructure and development processes to drive complex projects to successful outcomes.

My goal is to ensure our time tracking solutions seamlessly integrate with Microsoft 365 and Teams, offering precise tracking and a user-friendly experience. At Klynke, I’m committed to pushing boundaries, ensuring we deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet today’s needs and anticipate tomorrow’s challenges.

My academic background blends theory and practice, providing a strong foundation for analyzing the EU's political, economic, and cultural dynamics. Expertise in public administration and organizational structure further strengthens my leadership.

As CEO of Klynke, I oversee marketing strategies tailored to the SaaS environment, managing projects from concept to completion to ensure alignment with our strategic goals.

At Klynke, we listen closely to our users and value their input, incorporating some of their feedback into our features. I oversee global partnerships and relationships with international stakeholders. My leadership keeps Klynke agile and competitive in an evolving global landscape.

​As an AI/Machine Learning consultant, my mission is to enhance Klynke time registration process through smart, AI-assisted solutions. I specialize in developing tools that make time tracking more intuitive and efficient. I focus on creating intelligent systems that simplify time entry, reduce administrative overhead, and provide valuable insights from time data. These solutions integrate seamlessly with Klynke's existing workflows, improving both accuracy and user experience.
By applying AI technology to Klynke time management practices, we aim to boost productivity, streamline project management, and support informed decision-making. My goal is to help Klynke make the most of its time data, turning a routine task into a strategic asset.

With a Master’s in Leadership and Management focused on the cultural sector, I lead Klynke’s social media marketing and graphic design efforts.

As a social media specialist, I develop and execute targeted strategies, manage campaigns, and oversee content planning and creation. My expertise in social media and analytics sharpens our approach, while my graphic design skills transform complex information into clear, engaging visuals and supporting text. 

As an experienced Communications Specialist, I utilize diverse tools to convey information effectively. I excel in business writing, simplifying technical content on time tracking and project management to highlight the ease and intuitiveness of Klynke’s solutions.

The Name 'Klynke'

The term 'Klynke' is a coined word, inspired by the ancient Nordic term 'klinka,' which historically referred to a door latch—a mechanical fastener that joins objects while allowing for their separation.

This symbolizes the concept of connection and integration, mirroring Klynke's role within Microsoft 365 and Teams. 'Klynke' is commonly pronounced with emphasis on the first syllable, though we welcome alternative pronunciations.
